Last week, we sat down with our Director of Digital Evangelism, Sara Cederberg, for a quick conversation over on our Facebook page about authenticity and why it matters, especially in our digital world.

Sara’s definition of authenticity is both being yourself and letting yourself be vulnerable. While ideas are important to talk about, it’s equally—if not even more—important to let voters, community members, or whoever your audience is, really get to know who you are—the real, unscripted personality.
