Last holiday season, the Tri-County Office on Aging sought our help to improve their year-end fundraising numbers and volunteer sign-ups for the Meals on Wheels program. The TCOA is a great local organization that takes care of seniors and persons with disabilities in our community.

We helped them achieve their goals through new tactics, including Facebook advertising, email solicitation, and a Giving Tuesday campaign. We chose these strategies to amplify the TCOA’s message over multiple platforms and encourage prospective donors and volunteers to give through various points of contact.

We made Facebook ads to promote both giving and volunteering, and built targeted audiences to promote them most efficiently. We also created a clean, compelling landing page where we could direct prospective donors and volunteers.

By implementing a combination of digital strategy, email communication, and Giving Tuesday incentive, the TCOA saw a big improvement in their year-end giving numbers and volunteer sign-ups.
