As a company, we value being helpfulto one another and to clients. We’re always willing to take the extra step and do some extra research to make sure we’re doing the most efficient and highest quality work possible. If someone has a question, needs research done, or doesn’t have time to finish a task, we’ll help one another in order to make sure everything runs smoothly.

In our work, we come across a lot of questions to which we don’t have the answers. What’s the best company from which to order branded materials for a company launch? Which type of paper will work best for a mail flyer, a booklet? And how much is a given email platform for each recipient list size? We’re not experts at any of these things, but we’ll put the time in for you and research these topics until we are.

This value of being helpful looks, in a practical sense, like a balance between independence and teamwork. We’re a powerful team of problem solvers and ambitious individuals who search for solutions both independently and together.

First, we have a “go figure it out” culture. We’ll research the best strategies and tools for clients, and if we don’t know how to do something right away, we’ll figure it out. So many questions are quickly answered with an online search, and it’s often most efficient to Google it, then ask.

Then, once we’ve figured something out, when we have a solution, we teach one another. Helpfulness is a must in our office; everyone’s proverbial “door” is always open for a question, a clarification, or a conversation. We create guides and checklists that are available for each team member to refer to when needed. We have company-wide training sessions so we can all grow our skill sets and be more available and efficient for clients. We invest in our team because it makes us better as a whole. And in the end, we produce quality work for our clients.
