We use four methods to help find and target your audience online. Cookie-based targeting, dynamic IP address targeting, Facebook custom audience targeting, and mobile device I.D. targeting. When used together, these four methods help us reach 65% to 90% of your target audience, universe, or segment. Many firms just use one or two, matching only about 40% of your intended list.
